Refund policy

Our 31-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 31 days to request a return.

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags attached, and it must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.


 Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags attached, and it must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through the original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for the bank or the credit card issuer to process and display the refund.
